US President Donald Trump secretly left Turkey on a different aircraft than the one the White House publicly said he was using, the Washington Post reported Monday, in a move triggered by a threat from Iran. Trump had flown to Ankara for the NATO summit aboard the newly renovated Air Force One, a jet donated by Qatar, marking the plane’s first international trip. Meanwhile, in Colombia, the death toll from Monday’s 7.4 magnitude earthquake has climbed past 132, with dozens more injured after buildings collapsed across the western part of the country. The quake, the strongest to hit Colombia this century, was centred in the remote Chocó department and was felt as far as Bogotá and neighbouring Ecuador, Venezuela and Panama. President Abelardo de la Espriella has declared a national disaster and pledged full government support as rescue teams search for survivors trapped under rubble.
