Good’s family says she was not involved in protests and was simply driving away when shot.
Trump on ICE agent shooting woman: US President Donald Trump on Thursday reacted to the killing of Renee Good in Minneapolis and said that it was “a vicious situation” as he stated that the deceased woman, shot by an ICE agent, was at fault as she tried to “run over” the officer. However, after watching the surveillance video, the US president struggled to justify the response by the ICE officer and said, “It’s a terrible scene. I think it’s horrible to watch. No, I hate to see it.”

Who was Renee Nicole Good?: Renee Nicole Good, shot and killed by an ICE agent, was a US citizen and a mother of three children, a poet who had moved to Minnesota last year along with her partner. She was born in Colorado. Good had two children, aged 15 and 12 from her first marriage and her 6-year-old child’s father died in 2023, AP reported.
