While Patidar’s 53 in 20 balls was not the highest score from an RCB player at the Wankhede, it is what kept them going while Virat Kohli struggled at the other end. Kohli could score just 50 in 38 balls while his opening partner Phil Salt had smashed 70 in 36. Tim David provided the perfect finishing touches again with an unbeaten 34 in 16 balls.
