Fast bowler Brydon Carse has become the latest England player to be embroiled in a light-night incident at a nightclub as he was seen being handcuffed by police in a video that has been doing the rounds of social media. The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) later said that it is “currently investigating” the incident which was reported to have taken place in Derby.

“We are aware of an incident which is reported to have taken place in Derby last night, and are currently investigating. We will provide a further update when possible,” said the ECB.
