India vs England 4th T20I Live Cricket Score Updates: Shreyas Iyer called his team’s performance “atrocious” after the third T20I and he showed them how it’s done in the fourth against England by smashing an unbeaten 80 in 49 balls in Bristol. He had little help from the other end though as India’s IPL stars continued to struggle to get any meaningful returns in English conditions and India got to a score of 158/7 in their 20 overs.

India were once again been hamstrung by their inability to deal with short balls as Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Ishan Kishan and Abhishek Sharma all fell trying to pull. In the case of Abhishek, he fell pulling to spinner Adil Rashid, as opposed to Sooryavanshi and Kishan who fell to Archer and Tongue respectively. Captain Shreyas Iyer and Shivam Dube then dropped anchor and looked to amp down the aggression. Although that meant India have avoided another embarassing collapse, the two batters eventually felt the need to go for the big shots. Dube ended up falling while trying to do so.
Iyer earlier won the toss and said that the visitors are batting first against England in the 4th T20I in Bristol. India are trailing 2-0 in the five-match series and must win today to stay alive. They have already suffered a historic 2-0 loss to Ireland in the preceding series.

India crash to record 125-run defeat in 3rd T20I vs England
India were thrashed by 125 runs, their worst-ever T20I defeat in a chase, by England in the third T20I at Trent Bridge, being wiped out for just 76 runs runs in reply to a target of 202. It is India’s fourth defeat in five matches since they won the 2026 T20 World Cup, with the one game they didn’t lose being the washed-out first T20I of this series. England have taken a 2-0 lead in the five-match series and thus can’t lose this series now. Just four Indian players managed to get to double-digit scores, with the highest being 13 runs scored by Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Abhishek Sharma.
