The voters started gathering outside polling stations in Goa and Punjab early morning. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar reached Panaji in the morning and stood in the queue to cast his vote. Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar cast his vote from North Goa’s Arambol.
