RCB vs MI IPL 2026 LIVE Score: Bhuvneshwar Kumar takes 4 as Royal Challengers Bengaluru restrict Mumbai Indians to 166/7
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) vs Mumbai Indians (MI) Match Live Cricket Score Updates: Bhuvneshwar continued his blistering form, taking 4 wickets for 23 as Royal Challengers Bengaluru restricted Mumbai Indians for 166/7, a score that looks a little below par at the moment. Tilak Varma scored 57 while Naman Dhir got 47 while most of the Mumbai Indians top order failed to create much of an impact, something that has been the theme of this season’s IPL.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) won the toss and opted to bowl first against the Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium. Both teams remain unchanged for this match. RCB are coming into this match on the back of two back-to-back defeats and they face a potentially tricky fixture with MI managing to find some stability with a victory in their last match. Moreover, MI are arguably under comparatively lesser pressure, requiring a bit of a miracle now for them to make it to the playoffs.

Hardik Pandya also missed the previous game due to an injury. Former Indian cricketer Subramaniam Badrinath discussed the possibility of Hardik and Surya missing, addressing Rohit Sharma’s chances of leading.
“MI looks at a different side when Rohit scores runs. When Rohit gets going, it feels like everyone in MI gets energised. Also, if Hardik and Suryakumar Yadav don’t play the game, it’s not right to go back to Rohit Sharma as captain just because no one is there. I am not even sure if he’ll accept captaining the side,” Badrinath said on his YouTube channel. READ MORE.
