US President Donald Trump on Wednesday said he doesn’t think Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is dead; rather, he is wounded. During an interview with Glenn Beck, Trump said, “I don’t think he’s dead. He was very seriously wounded.”
Meanwhile, escalating its threats over the Strait of Hormuz six months into the war, Iran recently said it blacklisted 45 tankers that violated the rules for crossing the crucial waterway. Iran added that action could be taken against any vessel transferring loads with them. The listed vessels could be fined, detained and have their cargoes confiscated, the Persian Gulf Strait Authority posted on X.
